Kathryn Assini is an Associate in Davidson Fink LLP’s Default Servicing Department with more than a decade of legal experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, she practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, collections, residential real estate, foreclosure, and landlord-tenant matters.
Ms. Assini earned her J.D. cum laude from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she served as Associate Editor of the Western Michigan Cooley Law Review.
