
Laura Burgess is a Partner at Davidson Fink LLP in the firm’s Default Servicing and Real Estate Department, where she focuses her practice on landlord-tenant litigation and commercial and residential real estate transactions. She has successfully represented numerous landlords throughout Western New York in summary proceedings and other litigation matters. In addition, Ms. Burgess represents buyers, sellers, and lenders across New York State in a wide range of real estate transactions.
Before joining Davidson Fink, Ms. Burgess was a Partner at Burgess & Miraglia, P.C. for eight years, concentrating on landlord-tenant matters and real estate transactions. She is also a frequent lecturer for the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Burgess worked as a paralegal on the Litigation Management Team at Wells Fargo Bank, where she assisted in-house counsel in providing legal support to managers and executives.
