
Molly Chapman is a Partner at Davidson Fink LLP and manages the Firm’s default servicing department. Her practice focuses on residential and commercial foreclosures, loan workouts, and bankruptcy matters. She represents a diverse client base that includes banks, credit unions, private lenders, and other financial institutions.
Ms. Chapman is the Co-Chair of the Real Estate Financing Committee of the Real Property Law Section (RPLS) of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), where she helps guide discussions on evolving case law and emerging trends in New York real property law. She also serves as a co-presenter for the NYSBA’s Basics of Mortgage Foreclosure Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program, which is offered twice annually.
A frequent national speaker, Ms. Chapman presents on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and management topics at mortgage servicing conferences across the country. Outside of her legal practice, she is actively involved in her community as President of the Board of Directors for the Gillam Grant Community Center, where she volunteers and participates in programs that serve local families, including her own four children.
