Richard Franco is a Partner at Davidson Fink LLP, leading the Litigation Department at the Firm. Mr. Franco has practiced throughout New York State in Federal Courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Franco has extensive experience litigating cases involving real property, commercial contracts, zoning and land use and municipal law. He has successfully litigated several Article 78 Petitions on behalf of his clients and has also defended attorney malpractice cases as well as other general civil litigation matters. Mr. Franco also serves as an Adjunct Processor of Law at Nazareth University in Rochester, New York.
